With the completion of the merger, Interwise joins AT&T’s existing enterprise services organization as a subsidiary of AT&T Communications Corp. Additionally, AT&T announced the launch of AT&T Connect, the company’s first unified communications solution that provides unlimited voice, Web and video conferencing capabilities and can be scaled for businesses of all sizes. San Antonio, Texas-based AT&T said it plans to integrate Interwise’s services with AT&T Connect by the fourth quarter of 2008.
