The fees were a bit much. Something like 167.00 or so and they took it right off the top. If you qualify for the 1500.00 you cannot choose to take a smaller amount, or so we were told. We only needed like 425.00. If you are in a real bind it could help you out, but keep in mind the fees are high. I would definitely say wait if you can at all. When we applied we had to get the maximum amount ($1500) and we couldn't choose how much we wanted (which was only $300) With tax season just a few weeks awat before getting your W2 forms I would say wait. We were in a real bind and needed the money. If you can wait please do so, and save yourself alot of money. The fee was like $200 if I remember right and they took it right off the top and we only got $1400 of the 1500 loan. Then they will still charge toy when they file your taxes.
