As the holiday season comes galloping headlong toward us, it’s time we reflect on what has transpired over the past year. As you all know, the real estate market really took off this past year. Also on the exciting-news front, this was the year I finally changed the blades on the lawn mower. We both wanted so much to attend the Sew And Sew Stitchers conference in Beltbuckle, Newfoundland, one of our favorite places on the planet to spend a day and a half. The trip also included all the traditional excitement such as the fudge, the butterfly barn, shopping at their wonderful grocery store, and of course purchasing another doily at The Doily House. And we are so grateful for Lucinda, who is finally making good use of her high school education, working smarter not harder as they say, and very quickly sleeping her way to the top. read more
