The woman said the man became enraged at this request and yelled at the woman and grabbed her by the throat before pushing her against a wall. The man then allegedly took the woman’s cell phone but returned it after the woman walked next door and called 911. The woman said she is also missing a gray bicycle but the officer had not observed any gray bicycles abandoned in the area. According to reports a woman ran into the Morgan County Courthouse and reported that Hall had struck her during an argument. Hall told authorities that while he and the woman were riding in her car on Green Meadows Drive, Hall allegedly threw a glass of ice tea on the woman.
