solidinvestment.com is located in the country of Belize. Investing in Belize is about as safe as investing in Nigeria. It’s a banana republic. As for rescapfunds.com, they are highly speculative, they say so themselves in the link below. I googled High yield investment program with the word “scam” and found out a lot. The US Treasury department considers the phrase “high yield investment program” a red flag that you are probably dealing with a scam. See the second link. Never invest in high yeild for the short term, you usually loose money for the first few years.
